This video shoes how quick and easy it is to connect the holster to your hearing device and attach different DEAFMETAL® AU jewellery pieces.

• Delivery times and costs will vary depending on to where goods are being shipped and the postage method chosen.
• Orders are usually processed on receipt, but delays can occur; if this is the case, we will inform you by email.
• Orders within Australia are usually carried by Australia Post.
• Flat Rate Shipping $9.90
• When your order has been shipped, you will be provided with a tracking number that lets you follow the progress of your parcel so that you know when to expect delivery.

• Orders can be exchanged within 7 days of receipt.
• You are liable for any postage charges incurred if you return goods.
• In the case of a refund being issued, the original postage costs will not be refunded unless goods are found to be damaged or faulty on receipt.
• Any returned items should be new, unused and in the same condition as you received them. We will not refund items that have been used, damaged, soiled or altered.
• Returned items should be shipped in their original packaging.
• Returned items will be processed within 3 working days of receipt by DEAFMETAL® AU.

How to return an item:

1. Send an email to contact@deafmetalau.com.
2. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include your printed order confirmation email.
3. Return the goods to P.O. Box 110 Daw Park SA 5041

• Refunds will only be made using the same payment as that used to purchase the goods.
• Once approved, refunds to a credit card can take up to 10 business days to reach your account. This depends on your bank or financial institution, and unfortunately we cannot impact on the speed of this process.
• GST on goods ordered in Australia will be refunded.
